Malaysians are now able to redeem the BUDI MADANI RON95 (BUDI95) targeted subsidy seamlessly at Caltex service stations nationwide starting 30 September 2025. To help ease the process, Caltex Malaysia announces that patrons can access instant RON95 subsidy savings when they fuel up through the CaltexGO app.
Introduced by the Government to ensure fuel subsidies are channelled more effectively, BUDI95 allows eligible motorists to purchase RON95 at a subsidised price of RM1.99 per litre, up to a monthly limit of 300 litres. All Malaysian citizens aged 16 and above with a valid driving licence are automatically eligible, while those who are not eligible may still purchase RON95 at the regulated price of RM2.60 per litre.
While eligibility can be verified at a petrol station’s MyKad terminal, Malaysians can also opt for a more convenient way to enjoy the subsidy. The CaltexGO app is a fully digital process, making it faster and easier to set up and start saving without the need of a physical MyKad.

Step 1: GET the CaltexGO app
Download the CaltexGO app on the App Store or on Google Play. Users can then register for free to start enjoying digital payments, exclusive offers—and now, BUDI95 subsidy access.
Step 2: SET up the BUDI95 subsidy via Touch ‘n Go eWallet using the CaltexGO app
Click the RON95 Subsidy Program banner on the CaltexGO app and link your Touch ‘n GO e-wallet account. Linked done? You can now retrieve your BUDI95 quota details on CaltexGO!
But don’t forget to verify your account on the Touch n’ Go eWallet app by completing the eKYC process!
Step 3: GO fuel up at Caltex!
Once you’ve set up, simply fuel up at any participating Caltex service station and pay through the CaltexGO app—eliminating the need for a physical MyKad at the terminal, and making it more convenient.
New CaltexGO users who register will also enjoy an additional RM5 fuel reward upon registration.

Pay with cash or your credit or debit card at the counter, then insert your MyKad into the dedicated payment terminal.
Pay with TNG eWallet at the counter:
1. Click "BUDI95" on the app.
2. Select the Caltex petrol station, the pump number, and the amount of fuel.
3. Show the QR code at the counter.
4. Start fuelling.
